This policy applies specifically to the dailymp app for third-party API integrations, including TikTok.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the website:
- Contact form: name, email address and message.
- Browsing data: anonymised usage metrics via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation enabled).
- Technical cookies: required for the basic operation of the site.
We do not collect sensitive data or build advertising profiles.

4. Recipients of Data
Your data may be processed by the following third parties under their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — contact form message storage (EU / US under DPA).
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised web analytics.
- Vercel — site hosting and delivery.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — content publishing on our own managed pages. We do not share visitor data with Meta.
- LinkedIn — content publishing on our own profile. We do not share visitor data with LinkedIn.
5. Data Retention
- Contact messages: up to 2 years from receipt or until you request deletion.
- Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default configuration).
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability of your data.
- Restriction of processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at tech@dailymp.es stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe our processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain).
7. Cookies
This site uses technical cookies essential for its operation and analytical cookies from Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, although some functionality may be affected.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction. All communication takes place over HTTPS.
