2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the website and to process the forms we offer. The detail of each form (what data it asks for, why, and who receives it) is in the table in section 3.
- Browsing data: anonymised usage metrics via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation), only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner (see section 7).
- Technical cookies: required for the basic operation of the site.
- Partner code: if a partner referred you, their code (no personal data) in your browser storage for 90 days. See section 10.
We do not collect sensitive data or build advertising profiles.
3. Purpose, legal basis and retention periods
One row per processing activity, with the data exactly as requested by each form and endpoint in the code. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised. If you hire a service, the data needed for invoicing is kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.

4. Recipients of Data
Your data may be processed by the following third parties under their own privacy policies:
- DailyMP's own VPS (Postgres
dailymp-db+dailymp-ingest), hosted on a Hostinger International server in France (EU) — storage of form submissions. - Resend — delivery of all transactional emails (confirmations, notifications to Daily, PDF/report delivery).
- Odoo (CRM on our own VPS) — commercial management of leads who have given their consent.
- Vercel — site hosting and delivery.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised web analytics, only with your consent.
- Google Calendar (appointment scheduling) — call scheduling: only if, after booking, you pick a time from the link in the confirmation email.
- Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok — publishing content on DailyMP's own accounts; we do not share visitor data with them.
- Anthropic (Claude) and Groq — AI assistants, acting as data processors, that process the form notifications reaching Daily's inbox to help Daily sort them and draft replies.
The data you send through the forms is not used to train artificial intelligence models and is not shared with third parties. The form notifications that reach Daily's inbox may be processed by AI assistants from providers bound by a data processing agreement (see the list of recipients), only to help Daily reply to you.
Resend, Vercel, Google, Anthropic and Groq are based in the U.S. International transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and, in any case, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in their data processing agreements (DPA).
5. Data Retention
The retention period for each processing activity is detailed in the table in section 3. Here we list the two that apply across the whole site:
- Analytics data (GA4): 14 months (GA4 default configuration).
- Partner code (localStorage): 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability of your data.
- Restriction of processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at tech@dailymp.es stating which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe our processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain).
7. Cookies
When you arrive at the site we show a first-party banner (no paid third-party cookie services) with "Accept", "Reject" and "Configure", equally visible. Google Analytics 4 cookies are only loaded if you accept the analytics category in the cookie banner. If you reject it, or don't decide, no Google cookie is installed and no data is sent to Google. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes. Your choice is remembered for 6 months and you can change it at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

The partner code (dmp_partner_ref) is neither analytical nor advertising: it is strictly necessary for attributing the commission of a contracted sales partner (no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiling, single and limited purpose), so it falls outside the cookie banner — the same criterion covered in section 10.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction. All communication takes place over HTTPS.
9. Business Directory (Radar)
If you sign up for the business directory at dailymp.es/en/radar, your business profile (name, sector, city/province, what you offer, what you are looking for, any website/social links you provide and, only if you opt in, your WhatsApp number) is published publicly in the directory and is visible and indexable by search engines, once you confirm the signup via the link we email you. Other users can see that information and use it to propose collaborations. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and confirming by email. Your email is never shown: we only use it to confirm the signup and send you the management link. To prevent abuse we keep a code derived from your IP address (not the IP itself) for 24 hours, after which it is deleted. If you do not confirm within 7 days, the signup is deleted entirely. You can edit or delete your profile at any time using the management link included in that same email; deleting it erases all its data.
When you analyse a website with the Radar we store what you type in the form (the website, plus the business name and city if you provide them) together with the resulting score, even if you do not leave your email. We do not store any personal data about you (no email, no IP address). We use it to improve the Radar and to know which businesses try it. If you want us to delete the analysis of your website, write to tech@dailymp.es.
10. Partner Attribution
Some visits are referred by a DailyMP sales partner (through a link with ?ref= or from their page under /partners/). In that case we store in your browser (localStorage, for 90 days) only that partner's code, with no personal data, so we know who earns the commission if you get in touch. If you then send a form, the code travels with it. It is not a third-party cookie and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you tap the WhatsApp button on a partner page, we record that click (which partner, which page and when) to alert us of a possible enquiry. We do not record your number, your name or your IP, and we do not know whether you actually send the message.
If you leave us your details and were referred by a partner, we share your request with that partner so they can follow it up with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your request through the person who referred you; you can object by writing to tech@dailymp.es.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the last revision was made.
